These terms apply to your use of bryantsonsplumbing.com. Separate written estimates, work authorizations, membership agreements, financing documents, and invoices control the services or transactions they cover.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
Website content is provided for general information. It is not a plumbing diagnosis, engineering opinion, code determination, or guarantee that a particular service will resolve every condition. Photographs, descriptions, automated responses, and price ranges cannot replace an on-site assessment.
PRICING AND ASSESSMENT
Displayed prices are starting prices or general ranges unless expressly stated otherwise. Final scope and price depend on access, system condition, materials, code requirements, permits, concealed damage, and other site-specific conditions.
The standard Plumbing Assessment is $124.99 and is credited toward approved work as described in the written estimate. No work outside the approved scope will be performed without customer authorization, except where separately authorized or required for immediate safety.
BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Submitting an online or chatbot request does not guarantee an appointment time. A booking is confirmed only after Bryant & Sons provides confirmation. Arrival windows and completion schedules may change because of traffic, emergency calls, parts, permits, weather, access, or job conditions.
After-hours and urgent support is subject to technician availability. A $225 after-hours add-on applies when after-hours service is accepted. For fire, suspected gas leakage, flooding near electrical equipment, or another immediate threat to life or property, leave the area when appropriate and contact 911 or the applicable utility before using the website.
MR. BRYANT ASSISTANT
Mr. Bryant provides general information, preliminary service guidance, price ranges, and a link to request service. The assistant does not provide a final diagnosis, final price, appointment confirmation, or authorization to begin work. Information entered may be processed by Voiceflow and other website service providers. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card information, medical information, or other highly sensitive data.
ESTIMATES, APPROVALS, AND CHANGES
The written estimate and approved scope control the work. Conditions discovered after work begins may require a revised estimate or change authorization. Permit, inspection, restoration, excavation, utility, access, and third-party costs are included only when stated in writing.
WARRANTIES
Standard workmanship is covered for 30 days after completion, subject to the written scope and exclusions. Manufacturer warranties, material warranties, and maintenance-membership protections may have different terms. Warranty coverage does not include unrelated failures, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alterations, pre-existing or concealed conditions, or items excluded in writing.
MEMBERSHIP PLANS
Essential, Advantage, and Signature memberships begin with a 12-month commitment and then continue month-to-month, subject to the signed membership agreement. Included services, priority levels, discounts, access requirements, exclusions, and stated values are governed by that agreement and the current pricing guide.
PAYMENTS AND FINANCING
Payments may be processed through Jobber or other approved providers. Bryant & Sons does not request full payment-card numbers through the public website or chatbot. Financing through Wisetack is offered by the financing provider, subject to eligibility, credit approval, rates, and separate terms. Bryant & Sons is not the lender.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The website links to services operated by Jobber, Wisetack, Google, Elfsight, Voiceflow, and social-media platforms. Bryant & Sons is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or separate terms of third-party websites.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise identified, website text, branding, graphics, photographs, service descriptions, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Bryant & Sons Plumbing Company LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
LIMITATION
To the extent permitted by law, Bryant & Sons is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, interrupted website availability, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES
These terms are governed by Michigan law. We may update them when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on the page identifies the current version.
